AEROBICS
Body weight movements to increase fitness and cardio vascular fitness. Set to great music with one of our top instructors.
SPINNING
This is a stationary cycle based class workout set to music, instructor lead and passionately motivated.
BOX-A-CISE
Using our spacious hall this class works on boxing bag work and footwork. Pads and Abs to the masses, a real fun but fitness focussed class.
SALSA-CISE
Dance yourself fit! Professionally choreographed and fantastically put together, this is focussed, fit and fun for the individual.
BOOTCAMP
This is one of those classes you need after a stressful day. Bootcamp is a Military style circuit with all stations including Abs, arms, legs, chest, cardio, some pad work and the odd suprise thrown in for the fun element. Summer sometimes sees this class go outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful natural settings we are lucky to have here at Brantingham for a truly inspirational and highly effective total workout.
BODY CONDITIONING
All over body workout that targets the areas that often need a little toning. Bars and hand weights are used. Guided along by our dedicated, informed instructors.
OUT, BACK & HOME
Lets be frank here! This is a stress busting, arm pumping, butt sculpting, Ab chiseling, chest toning, total body workout. Using Dumbells, Barbells and mats. Set to inspirational music lead by instructors that love to instruct!
